The kitchen team draws from a rich repertoire of over 50 Chinese dishes, 20 Korean options, 20 Japanese favorites, and a growing selection of Western meals. This wide range allows the chefs to offer two main meal options each day, keeping the menu fresh and exciting. Each meal is accompanied by a daily soup, which changes depending on seasonal ingredients and the chef’s inspiration, as well as a beverage that compliments the meal.
Every Monday, the team gathers to plan the menu for the week, carefully selecting dishes that will offer a balance of flavor, nutrition, and appeal. Fresh ingredients are delivered daily, ensuring high quality and full flavor in every dish served.
In addition to the main meals, Stellar Café offers a colorful selection of fruit. Each day, students can choose from three to four seasonal fruits, providing a fresh and healthy end to their meal. Whether it’s crisp apples in the fall, juicy mangoes in the summer, or ripe bananas year-round, the fruit station is always a popular stop.
